Plumbers Supply Co, a family owned business in operation for 102 years, has an excellent opportunity for a HVAC or Sales professional to join our Fisher's IN, HVAC Sales Team as a Counter Sales Representative.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 1st Shift

The Counter Sales Representative's job entails positively selling industry products to new and established clients and promote customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with team in creating quotes, placing and fulfilling orders, and return processing.
• Present a professional image at all times to customers & vendors.
• Generate new & repeat sales by providing product & technical information
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Preferred
• HVAC Parts Knowledge Preferred
• Strong Interest in Sales
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Highly Motivated/Competitive - driven to excel
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Computer Experience is a plus
• Ability to think quickly and learn quickly in a very fast-paced, self-directed customer service environment.
